Spring is just around the corner, and so is Around the World in 80+ Minutes – a family night sponsored by the PS 321 Diversity Committee. At this event, children travel around the world in their very own school, learning about different cultures as they go from room to room. Last year, we had Indian henna, Japanese origami, Australian dot painting, Chinese ribbon dancing, African masks and more. It is all possible thanks to the many parent volunteers.
Are you interested in leading an activity? In helping to plan the event? This is a great way to get involved—all ideas and volunteers are welcome!
Join us for the first Planning Meeting on Wednesday, March 4th at 1:45pm in the Cocoa Bar — we look forward to seeing you there! Around the World in 80+ Minutes will take place on Wednesday 13th May at 6:30. For more information please contact: Anna Nadal-Burgues.
