Zucchini Salad with Honey Basil Vinaigrette
Honey Basil Vinaigrette
Fresh Basil 1/2 bunch
Roasted garlic cloves 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Sliced Yellow squash
Finely chop garlic and basil or put into a food processor. Add Honey Vinegar and Oil, blend.
Slice the zucchini and squash very thin. Cut Bok Choy and Swiss Chard into bite size pieces.
Toss and Enjoy!
