For newly arrived families with children in Grades 1 – 5 who live in the 321 school zone and who wish to enroll for the 2019-2020 school year: You may register your child the week of Monday, May 13 – Friday, May 17, from 8:30 – 11:30 am. After May 17, please call the main office at 718-499-2412 to schedule an appointment. We will also have walk-in registration dates through the summer. The dates will be posted in late June.
In order to enroll, bring your child and the following documents:
2 proofs of address in the form of utility bills (Con Edison and National Grid)*
Birth Certificate or Passport and your child’s immunization records.
Report card and IEP (if applicable)
Along with a copy of all of the above (important!).
We cannot register your child if any of these documents (2 proofs of address, proof of birthdate and immunizations) are missing.
(*At least one gas or electric utility bill must be presented. Alternate proofs of address can be a 2017 W-2 form, income tax returns, current water bill, co-op/condo papers, insurance, deed or mortgage statement.)
