SUMMER 2019 WALK-IN REGISTRATION DATES
Newly arrived families residing within the PS 321 zone may enroll their child/children at the school on any of the dates below. Your child must currently be living at your zoned residence in order to enroll:
Tues, July 2 – 9:00 – 11:00 am
Weds, July 10– 9:00 – 11:00 am
Thurs, July 18 – 9:00 – 11:00 am
Weds, July 31– 9:00 – 11:00 am
Thurs, August 8 – 9:00 – 11:00 am
Weds, August 14 – 9:00 – 11:00 am
Thurs, August 22 – 9:00 – 11:00 am
Thurs, August 29 – 9:00 – 11:00 am
Tues, September 3 – 2:00 – 4:00 pm
In order to enroll, bring your child and the following documents:
2 proofs of address in the form of utility bills (Con Edison and National Grid)*
Birth Certificate or Passport and your child’s immunization records.
Report card and IEP (if applicable)
Along with a copy of all of the above (important!).
We cannot register your child if any of these documents (2 proofs of address, proof of birthdate and immunizations) are missing.
(*At least one gas or electric utility bill must be presented. Alternate proofs of address can be a 2017 W-2 form, income tax returns, current water bill, co-op/condo papers, insurance, deed or mortgage statement.)
