Evening with Best Selling Children’s Author & Illustrator Vanessa Brantley-Newton

Vanessa Brantley Newton is an award-winning and New York Times Bestselling author and Illustrator. Her many books include “Grandma’s Purse,” “Becoming Vanessa,” “Just Like Me,” and “King of Kindergarten.” Come join us for a fun, creative, heart-filled, and hands-on evening with this beloved children’s book illustrator and author on Thursday, April 8th at 6:30 pm on Zoom.

Ms. Newton will share about her creative journey to becoming a writer and she will read from her latest book of poetry, “Just like Me.” She will also lead our young book-lovers and artists in a collaborative collage designed to inspire self-love, appreciation, and respect.
