REGISTRATION FORM FOR BEGINNING BAND BELOW – 4TH GRADERS ONLY
4th Grade Beginning Band – begins with an informational meeting Wednesday October 27th.
You will not be asked to pay now and this is also not first come first served. If applications exceed space, a lottery will be drawn. After the first meeting if you choose to attend beginning band, you will receive a payment link and a contract, along with your child’s instrument and accessories during the following class session.
