It is hard to believe that our 5th graders will soon wrap up their time at PS321.
Please complete the following by Friday, March 8th in the form below:
- Confirm your child’s yearbook, diploma, and t-shirt name
- Select your child’s t-shirt size
- Submit your 5th Grade Dues
We have some exciting activities planned for our graduating students this spring. Your child will also receive a yearbook, class T-shirt & hat and graduation certificate.
The 5th Grade Activities fee is $100 per student. In addition, there is an option to make an additional payment to support our scholarship fund to ensure every student participates.
For parents with multiple children in 5th grade – please fill out one form per child.
