All NYC students born in 2021 are eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year. Late-arriving Kindergartners may still apply through MySchools.nyc to be placed on our waitlist. We will be making offers to zoned Kindergartners on a rolling basis throughout the summer. Go to the DOE’s very helpful Kindergarten Enrollment Page for more information, or you may contact PS 321 Parent Coordinator Deb Orr – parentcoordinator@ps321.info.
We cannot accommodate individual tour requests, but we will host two tours in November and December 2026 – they are come-one, come-all, no need to register (Go here for our calendar – dates may be subject to change).
Please know that for 3K admissions, we only have 1 class with 15 seats. We have 3 classes (54 seats) for Pre-K. Siblings of current students will have priority for these seats. For Kindergarten, we have 225 seats. While we can not guarantee future enrollment trends, in the past, we have been able to seat all in-zone Kindergarten applicants applying by the main round deadline in MySchools.nyc.
NEW ARRIVALS/GRADES 1 -5
Registration for SY 2026 – 27:
We are now registering new students in Grades 1 – 5 for Fall 2026. If your family is living at an address zoned for our school and you wish to have your child attend PS 321 in the fall, please email Parent Coordinator Deb Orr ( parentcoordinator@ps321.
Registration for new students will be conducted online. If you do not have internet access, please contact Deb for alternate arrangements.
Children can not be fully registered prior to a move; they must currently be in residence at an address zoned for our school. We enroll all zoned students in grades 1 – 5; registration in these grades is not first-come, first served, and we do not have a waitlist for in-zone students in those grades. In order to register, families will be required to submit the documents listed below, along with their child’s latest report card (optional but recommended), and IEP (if applicable).
Documents for Registration, K – 5:
In order to enroll your child, you will need to upload:
(*At least one gas or electric utility bill/welcome letter should be presented. Alternate proofs of address can be a W-2 or payroll receipt dated within the past 60 days, current property tax bill, current water bill, letter from a government agency dated within the past 60 days, co-op/condo papers, insurance, deed, signed and executed lease or mortgage statement. Under certain circumstances, additional proofs of address may be requested.)
For the registration process, we will have an online portal available for families to upload their documents and required forms (please don’t email them straight to us).
Please go to the DOE website’s Enrollment page to learn more about pre-K, K and Grade 1-5 admissions.
