Holiday Shop Payment Form

Thanks for joining us for the 2023 PS 321 Holiday Shop on Saturday, December 2nd from 10-5pm! We are excited to have you. Vendors will be able to set up starting at 7:30am on the 2nd and expected to clean up and clear out by 7pm. Your payment is binding, in the case that you have to cancel participation, we will refund your fee less a $25 service charge up until 5 days before the event. After that time, your payment will be considered a tax deductible donation to PS 321 PTA (we are a 501c3 organization).

One 6 ft table and a chair will be provided. If you would like to have two tables, you can purchase two spaces. We request that vendors do not add more displays outside of that space.
Price: $100.00
One 6 ft table and 2 chairs will be provided. Only choose this option if you have confirmed who you are sharing a table and both vendors have received acceptances. Each vendor needs to pay separately.
Price: $15.00
If you need a cord to plug into, please pay this fee, and we will make sure you are set up. We can supply one outlet per table. If you are sharing a table with another vendor, just one vendor needs to pay the fee.
