NEW ARRIVALS/GRADES 1 -5
For newly arrived or returning families with children in Grades 1 – 5 who live in the 321 school zone and who wish to enroll for the 2022-2023 school year, please email Parent Coordinator Deb Orr ( parentcoordinator@ps321.info) with your child’s full name, date of birth and your zoned address. She will send you a link to our Family Info Form to start the registration process. School forms and a link to upload the required documents (listed below) will be sent after that form is completed; please do not email your documents until you receive an invite to do so.
Children can not be registered prior to a move; they must currently be in residence at an address zoned for our school. We enroll all zoned students in grades 1 – 5; registration in these grades is not first-come, first served, and we do not have a waitlist for in-zone students in those grades. We can only enroll zoned students at this time. In order to register, families will be required to submit the documents listed below, along with their child’s latest report card (optional but recommended), and IEP (if applicable).
Registration for new students will be online for the 2022-23 school year; online registration for Fall will continue over the summer break.
Kindergarten Registration:
All NYC families with children born in 2018 may apply to Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year. Kindergarten families who apply online by the January 20, 2023 deadline will receive their child’s Kindergarten offer in late March or April, viewable in the MySchools.nyc portal. Once you accept your child’s offer in MySchools, we can begin the registration process.
Newly arrived, zoned Kindergarten families should update their address in MySchools.nyc to be added to our zoned applicant waitlist.
Documents for Registration, K – 5:
In order to enroll your child, you will need to upload:
