PS 321 Carnival

COME ONE, COME ALL TO THIS YEAR'S PS 321 CARNIVAL!

SATURDAY MAY 17, 2025 @ 10am - 4pm | RAIN or SHINE

Adventure and fun await, including a 70-foot obstacle course, bounce houses and slides, axe throwing (the inflatable kind), cotton candy, popcorn, pizza, delicious food from local businesses, face painting, used book sale, carnival games and prizes…and MORE!

While the carnival is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, it is also a beloved community event. Students, families, friends, and neighbors are all invited to this magical day. And like, any big fundraiser or community event, it does require work – local restaurants are pitching in, neighborhood camps are doing their part, and we all need to do ours. GET INVOLVED: FOR FAMILIES!

Join the Carnival team and help us plan this amazing, fun-filled event by completing this form! There are roles available anyone regardless of how much time you’re able to commit. We need you!

Donate your gently used books (no board books!), games, and puzzles for us to sell in the Pop Up Shop! Bring your items to the Upper School lobby Friday, 5/9 – Friday, 5/16, during drop off or pick up. Please make sure all pieces are included and boxes are taped closed before donating.

As we get closer, you’ll be able to buy a discounted pizza for us to sell in the Carnival Food Hall. Stay tuned for when you can start calling our generous sponsor, Da Nonna Rosa (718-788-6225). Deadline to reserve those pies will be Friday, May 16th at 5pm!

Buy raffle tickets! Thanks to generous local businesses, we will have great items for our raffle! And much appreciation for our beloved teachers and staff who will donate prizes and experiences that students can enter to win in our Staffle RaffleTicket sales will begin Friday, 5/9 and continue through to the day of Carnival.

We need volunteers the week before AND at every stage of the day! Bake for the bake sale! Sell tickets! Set up the event! Braid hair! Paint faces! A link to sign up to volunteer will be posted here as we get closer to the big day!!

Help us replenish and stock essential Carnival supplies by making donations via our Amazon wishlist by Friday, May 2! Link will be posted here shortly.
